OWA Samuel O. FCIM

Mr Owa is the Chairman, Bond Maritime Services Limited. A product of the University of Lagos and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he graduated in Law and Accounting respectively. He also holds an MBA from the ESUT Business School, Enugu. A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he started his banking career at Afribank in 1985 and later moved to Trade Bank where he rose to manager in the Energy Department before retiring in December 2005 to pursue private business. His over twenty years banking experience covers such areas as Investment, Energy/Marine and Management. Mr. Owa is Chairman of Datatrust Consulting Ltd, publishers of The Stock Market Guide. He is also a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Nigeria Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Certified Marketing Communications Institute of Nigeria. A member of the Ikoyi Club, he is happily married with children.

OMAI Sami B. MBA, FCA
Job Title: Managing Director
Mr. Omai Sami is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Mr. Sami Omai,qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1995.Mr.Omai worked with KPMG Nigeria in the Tax, Audit and Consultancy Services between 1985 and 1990. He moved to KPMG UK in 1990 where he worked in the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency section and later came back to KPMG Nigeria in 1991 to continue his professional career in the same section. He was in KPMG Nigeria until 1995 when he became the Managing Director of Meltaloplastica Nigeria Limited. He was Managing Director of Emson Limited between 1996 and 1999. He became the Executive Vice Chairman of Omai Int. Ltd in 1999 and serve in that capacity until 2002. Since 2002 to date he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Funds worth Limited.
Besides his membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Mr.Omai is also a member of a number of other professional bodies home and abroad. The list includes British Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Directors and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria. He holds MBA in management studies of University of Lagos. He is a board member of many companies and has no less than four publications to his credit. Mr. Omai is happily married with children.

ABIODUN Idowu A. ACA
Job Title: Head Account & Finance
Mr. AbiodunIdowu is the Head, Account and Finance. A CharteredAccountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and has acquired vast experience in accounting and finance in both multinational and indigenous organisations. He started his trade as account trainee in the corporate affairs division of A.G. Leventis Nigeria Plc. He later moved to Stallion Group Nigeria Ltd where he rose to become a branch account executive in the Auto Division. He has worked with Gazgo Energy Ltd as an accountant and Excel Securities Limited, a stock broking and financial services firm as internal auditor. Mr. Abiodun, until his recent appointment as the Head of Account and Finance was the group internal audit and control manager Stonebridge Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Abiodun is a graduate of accountancy with upper credit and also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered.

OKONKWOR Pius E. (ESQ.) LL.B BL

A Graduate of Law from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State.A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.A seasoned legal practitioner who has distinguished himself in the area of corporate and commercial law practice.He has previously served as a legal executive in various organizations and government ministry including, International Masters Security Systems Limited, Guaranty Project Limited, Austin, Stephanie and Victor, Meks&Dani, Gold MFB and the Abia State Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and presently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
